From a product idea to mass production, Shinedee provides integrated manufacturing support throughout the product development process. Our manufacturing capabilities cover product design, structural development, tooling, injection molding, spray painting, silk-screen printing, PCB processing and final assembly. Our facility is equipped with 12 injection molding machines and 5 production lines, supported by experienced R&D, production and quality-control teams. By keeping key  manufacturing processes in-house, we can better control product quality, production schedules, customization requirements and manufacturing costs while supporting stable large-volume production.
